A strategic position supporting North America Renewals Go to Market Strategy and Operations business. Interfaces with Field/Channel Sales and Operations, and cross functional supporting organizations to develop and measure goals for Distributors and Channel Partners regarding maintenance renewals. Responsible for the development, production and interpretation of sales specific data to drive incremental growth through Dell EMC?s channel partners. �Interfaces: Field Sales, Channel Sales and Operations, Tech Refresh Team, Renewals Organization, External PartnersResponsibilities��Understand overall Renewals business opportunities within his/her region, providing an overview of Dell EMC Distributors and Partners performance to Management.Manage programs and/or projects to meet product delivery, customer service and revenue goals. Identifying and analyzing channel opportunities within geos, territories, verticals, or accounts to ensure revenue growth, account penetration and customer satisfaction. Supports organization by reporting and analyzing various aspects of sales; including business trends, channels, promotions, product profitability, competitive pricing, forecast attainment, and sales tracking. Creates KPIs and Reporting metrics on each Disti/Tier II PartnerIdentifies tasks and coordinates resources and creates and tracks project schedules.Develops tools, data, dashboards, and analysis to educate both the renewals team and field sales team on sales programs and to track progress. Drives participation on program awareness. May customize sales enablement collateral as needed. Assists internal reps and partners by developing Renewals Sales Channel education and Sales Management programs.Provide Partner results to the Regional Team Manager and propose optimization and corrective action to increase the productivity. Managing Partner escalations across all Renewal Sales Functions and associated business units.Prepare business plan together with Partners, in terms of opportunity sales, targets and education. Skills and Qualifications:��Bachelors degree2+ years Inside Sales, Service Sales, or Renewals Sales experienceAbility to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong problem solving skills Proficiency in using enterprise CRM or database applicationsExperience in data analytics Experience with SQL a plusExperience in a high growth environment a plus Dell is an equal opportunity employer.
