**Channel Inside Sales Acct Mgmt. (Queue)** The GCC sales representative is an individual contributor in a Queue environment who is responsible for recommending the total Dell solution (products and services) to retention, development and acquisition partners. They will achieve these goals by establishing relationships with their partners, executing to equitable revenue/margin/enterprise quotas, and attaining all established efficiency metrics that satisfy all segment/corporate initiatives while driving a positive overall customer experience. **Role Responsibilities** + Responsible for attaining 100% or more of set sales quota each quarter and execute against corporate/ segment initiatives. This includes initiatives intended to solidify relationships with Dell such as Enterprise, S&P (Software and Peripherals) and Services. + Provide sales, technical, and administrative information to existing partner base. + Receive bids/request for quotes, price opportunities effectively, obtain special pricing authorization and respond in a timely manner to requests. + Understanding & execution of purchase order, credit/collections, and customer care forms. Enable customers through online and self-service tools like PartnerDirect. + Build relationships with Partners contacting the Queue. Depending on the type of partner (Fulfillment, Solution Oriented, Value Oriented, will require different approaches. Identifying the right resources to engage that will help the partner maximize their potential revenue spend with Dell. Know all aspects of assigned customers, the channel sales market place, knowledge of the technology industry, and competitive posture of the companies you serve. Strive to be seen as part of customer’s total technology solution and trusted advisor. Be able to apply the Direct Model as it applies to Partners and position the wide array of products/services to offer. + Understand GCC specific programs such as Partner Direct, deal registration, etc. and be able to articulate the benefit that the organization brings to the channel. Comply with all rules around account engagement for reseller teams. This includes proactive contact with direct teams, identifying end users, ensuring export compliance satisfied, etc. Attend all quarterly training sessions and team meetings. + All-inclusive utilization of the tool. + 100% compliance on loading all opportunities, update on trip reports, working open activities/logging calls, chatter usage (and other social media), populating notes daily, keeping contact lists up to date, identifying sponsors, etc. + Effectively utilize/engage virtual team including TSR/EQL, S&P, Services, borrowed field resource and overlay organization. + Work a minimum of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week taking/making calls on the phone. Track vacation and PBA time in the Kronos tool. (Based on needs of the business, this time may be increased.) **Requirements:** + 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/work experience. + Strong knowledge of Dell technology, services, and financial products and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs. + Sells consultatively – Ability to use collaborative communication to engage clients in discussions that result in mutual value. + Uses customer research – Ability to uncover, identify and leverage published and internal customer information. **_Company Description_** _With more than 100,000 team members globally, we promote an environment that is rooted in the entrepreneurial spirit in which the company was founded.
