What you’ll be doing...

Program and Partner Experience

Responsible for the design, development and enhancements of the overall WWCA partner program. Will manage the program lifecycle and work with all internal business units that interact with the WWCA organization to ensure for operational assurance and partner and customer satisfaction.

Ensure partners have a world class experience and journey when representing and selling Verizon Solutions. We must have the right systems and tools, training and education, programs to motivate our partner community in proactively selling Verizon solutions.

  • Interact with various departments within Verizon product management, product marketing, partner marketing, and operations, legal to determine the best way to motivate our partners worldwide to sell and support Verizon solutions.
  • Manage program gaps and recommendations for modifications
  • Define and drive partner productivity plans and recruitment (if necessary)
  • Communicate, motivate, leverage and manage the Sales and internal teams to execute on our sales commitments together with our partner community
  • Ensure success with those partners who choose to invest in the competency and solutions designed in the program framework
  • Identify operational gaps where we need to create new tools, functionality or process to support our partners go to market plans
  • Communicate feedback from partners to make sure we are meeting our program commitments
  • Develop and own Partner Advisory Board

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

    Even better if you have:

  • A degree
  • 10 or more years of job related experience.
  • Strong Channel background, understanding the needs and motivation of all types of channel partners.
  • Experience dealing with operations leaders, sales leaders, product leaders and through understanding of operational assurance.
  • Demonstrated in previous roles: strong leadership skills, an ability to operate in positions requiring significant self-direction and motivation, and a proven track record in Partner Experience implementation.
