Program and Partner Experience
Responsible for the design, development and enhancements of the overall WWCA partner program. Will manage the program lifecycle and work with all internal business units that interact with the WWCA organization to ensure for operational assurance and partner and customer satisfaction.
Ensure partners have a world class experience and journey when representing and selling Verizon Solutions. We must have the right systems and tools, training and education, programs to motivate our partner community in proactively selling Verizon solutions.
