What you’ll be doing...

Channel Operations (Enablement & IT)

Responsible for operational support for the WWCA channel that includes all IT management and systems design. Understand of Verizon systems and the integration and the development of the dya to day channel operations. (i.e. Access to systems, PRM integration to internal systems and marketing systems.

  • Global onboarding and enablement support
  • Interface with all program team members to develop necessary IT requirements to support the WWCA program office
  • Support partners and channel account managers on any issues related to Presales and Sales IT systems for quoting and ordering globally
  • Collaborate with Sales process operations to implement process changes in Presales and Sales IT systems
  • Collaborate with product team to identify any changes to IT systems as a part of product launch to channels
  • Provide operational support for VRD RTB contracts
  • Identify process improvements and work with business stakeholders for implementation
  • Define user stories for channel sales needs for any IT needs or modifications

What we’re looking for...

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 5-7 year’s work experience and 10 years of job related and channel IT systems expertise

Strong Channel background, understanding the needs and motivation of all types of channel partners

Experience dealing with operations leaders, sales leaders, product leaders and through understanding of operational assurance

The preferred candidate must have demonstrated in previous roles: strong leadership skills, an ability to operate in positions requiring significant self-direction and motivation, and a proven track record in IT Channel Operations.
