Must have extensive experience with aging and complex infrastructure projects particularly involving water, storm water and wastewater pipeline systems.

Have experience with asset management and pipeline design hydraulics, inspection, condition assessment, and proper repair/rehabilitation design.

Focus mainly in Central and Southern, Ohio regions, particularly in the Columbus, OH area, but may expand to other locations.

Possess a Professional registration in the State of Ohio.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to develop strong client and subconsultant relationships.

Must have a valid Driver's License.

Capable of managing large multidiscipline teams using servant leadership to meet project deliverable and milestone goals.

Retain associates by engaging in morale-building activities such as one-on-one meetings, collaboration sessions, coaching, training and occasional practice or office social events.

Regularly communicate with other Project Managers and staff in other offices on practice capabilities for workload-sharing and cross-selling to internal and external clients.

Have extensive experience developing and overseeing project scope, schedule, and fees for new projects and additional scope/services requested by clients that yield successful projects for clients and the Company.

Complete technical tasks including design and quality review.

Manage data research, collection, and compilation efforts.

Analyze and correlate scientific and engineering data and recognize discrepancies in results using a series of related detailed steps or processes.

Identify problems, evaluate options for resolution including risks associated with each, and implement appropriate solutions.

Maintain proper quality assurance and quality control within the Group and in accordance with GPD's QA/QC Program, industry, and client standards and expectations.


Job Requirements
Possess a Bachelor�s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in stormwater/water/wastewater infrastructure assessment, land planning, sustainability, design and implementation in the Columbus, OH area.
