Adecco Group, a world leader with the recruitment of office professionals is currently recruiting for a Claims Analyst/Fraud in Hunt Valley, MD with our client, a leader in the financial industry.
The Claims Analyst/Fraud resolves customer merchant, credit, or ATM claims within the bank's policies and procedures.
Claims Analyst/Fraud Responsibilities include:
Investigate and decision daily incoming claims using multiple systems and tools; resolve differences;
Answer service requests and inquiries received from various channels.
Claims Analyst/Fraud may debit or credit customer's accounts as appropriate, process charge-backs or update the customer regarding pending claims.
Claims Analyst/Fraud research and resolve other general customer account inquiries as appropriate, maintain internal operational and financial controls, and ensure that they are observed for all assigned cases.
Claims Analyst/Fraud ensures that all cases are resolved in compliance with industry regulations and bank procedures, integrity levels of the department's case management system, and financial controls.
Claims Analyst/Fraud works within a team environment and is expected to meet or exceed department level benchmarks for productivity and quality.
Claims Analyst/Fraud may provide support and training to other Analysts within the department.
Claims Analyst/Fraud have thorough knowledge of the Claims Analyst function and handle more complex cases which require analytical and problem resolution skills.
Claims Analyst/Fraud Required:
A minimum of 1 year of customer service/call center experience
A customer centric approach to problem resolution
Adapts well to an ever-changing environment
Knowledge of PC functions in a Windows-based environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Works well independently
Strong ownership skills
Claims Analyst/Fraud Shifts:
Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs 12:30p - 9p
Saturday 10:30am-7:00pm EST / Tuesday - Friday 11:30am-8:00pm EST
Monday through Friday - 12:00pm-8:30pm EST
