Responsibilities for a Clerical Assistant include but are not limited to the following:
Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for word processing, database management, and other applications
Answer office telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
Greet office visitors and direct them to the appropriate person based on their needs
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
HS Diploma or GED
2-3 years of clerical/reception experience
Pay for this position is $10.00 hourly.
