Position Summary:
RxCrossroads Specialty Solutions, a division of Omnicare Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of the CVS Health Corporation, whom provides tailored services to the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. This position provides management support and coordination of services for 3PL clients to insure that RxCrossroads meets client requirements and drives client satisfaction. This position is currently not a people-leader, rather you would lead client objectives.

Position Overview:
  • Full support contact for multiple 3PL clients
  • Publish agendas, lead meetings, and provide follow up notes
  • Investigate & troubleshoot to completion as well as communicate resolution to clients and internal team members
  • Follow up internally with team members to insure client inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely manner
  • Operational Implementation support for new clients
  • Lead and prepare client critical metric Reporting
  • Lead and execute web portal administration for client access
  • Plan and conduct on-site potential and current client meetings and QBRs
  • Be compatible with colleagues and client contacts at all levels
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Willing to travel between RxCrossroads sites and client location visits, up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics, finance or related field or commensurate experience

  • 3+ years of Client Services, Healthcare or Logistics Management experience

  • Exceptional Analytical/Computer aptitude skills, Verbal and Written communication, Multi-task, and very organized

  • Proficient at the following: Client Relations, Self-Starter, Customer Service, Culture Compatibility, and be a Standout Colleague

  • Positive Attitude, Interpersonal, professional demeanor

  • Extraordinary business insight and sense of urgency

High School Diploma or GED
