  • Actively monitor, evaluate, and support client relationships to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and responsiveness in maintaining a very high level of client and donor satisfaction
  • Lead in researching, establishing, and documenting trust administration policies and service standards internally and with clients
  • Responsible for the oversight of the trust administration life cycle processes, including tax-related reporting deliverables for our clients’ Charitable Trusts, Charitable Gift Annuity Pools and Pooled Income Funds
  • Identify, research, and solve individual trust issues.  Ensure adherence to the terms of trust documents
  • Understand the client, assess needs, analyze, track and manage open issues and evaluate and develop plans to improve overall client satisfaction
  • Provide support to clients with varying complexity and needs, from large and sophisticated programs to smaller, less skilled clients
  • Identify problems, define alternate solutions, bring together various types of experts to refine solutions, and deliver solutions effectively
  • Mitigate client issues in a proactive and highly effective manner by drawing on the collective skills and expertise of the organization


Required Experience
  • Five or more years of experience in trust administration and/or wealth management directly managing client relationships
  • Knowledge of charitable trust instruments, fiduciary laws, trust and tax accounting principles, complex asset types, and complex gifts preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Desired Experience
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure in order to meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Extensive experience in client communications
