The Client Engagement Specialist will support the DSG organization with ongoing account relationship management and to drive the business development cycle. This dynamic role will provide some level of day-to-day account oversight in coordination with firm’s delivery teams. Our core services encompass, creative and marketing services, photo and video production, digital communications, and end-to-end project delivery.

 

Account Engagement/Management Activities:  Support existing DSG accounts; including, but not limited to, the following areas:

  • Ensure we maintain account health and project continuity, as needed in conjunction with the respective delivery teams: photography, creative, design production.
  • Liaison between client and local project management team and/or operational leads
  • Coordinate project deliverables or other client-facing activities
  • Provide administrative support: estimates, invoicing, project proposals

 

Sales support activities: Assist Regional Sales Director in implementation of sales strategy

  • Identify and qualify leads across targeted business verticals (from supplied market data)
  • LinkedIn/market research to identify key individuals across targeted prospects
  • CRM (Salesforce.com) administrative support: Populate prospect contact information in CRM
  • Act as liaison in customer/prospect coordination across RRD Direct sales teams and other RRD business groups, specifically in assessment of shared accounts where additional business opportunities may exist
  • Conduct prospect outreach when needed
  • Collaborate with DSG Business Development team in the creation of sales/marketing outreach messaging
