An experienced and effective leader and producer within AIM's Client Management team, the Client Management Director is responsible for end-to-end results, execution, and success of client on-boarding, implementation, program operations, service, value, client satisfaction, retention, and expansion/growth for AIMs solution portfolio for an assigned list of health plan clients (4-8).

The Client Management Director will develop and execute client partnership plans to define and drive continuous improvements in value, satisfaction, relationships, and strategic alignment & integration. The Client Management Director will perform this work directly, and through mobilization and coordination of assigned or matrixed support resources in marketing, solution management, reporting and analytics, IT and implementation.

Successful candidates will be able to immediately leverage significant business acumen, deep health plan engagement experience, functional business development and marketing skills, and industry relationships while progressively learning the business to accelerate AIM solution competency and broader contributions.

A self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset is required, with a focus on early wins and doing the right things to pave the way for long term success. A willingness to put in the time and effort consistently and when it matters most - someone who can get excited every day about the AIM mission and the value it creates for health plans, its customers/members and provider partners; building and growing the AIM business through personal persistence, teamwork and staff development.

Core Responsibilities:
Planning: Develop comprehensive client 30, 90 and 360 day engagement plans for assigned territories/clients/market segments ensuring complete enterprise understanding of goals, specific actions, measures of success, and deliver precise actions plans that are very clear on who gets what done and when.
Delivery: Deliver timely and compelling client partnership engagement for assigned territories, market segments and clients. Conversations, formal meetings, touch points and other elements formalized into a coherent and consistent engagement campaigns that fully engage the broadest and deepest range of client/target constituents critical to solution adoption and exceptional personal relationships.
"Operating Role": Directly involved in "doer" mode/capacity as much as "leader" capacity on all aspects of Client Management activities, including onsite/remote sales presentations, client updates, solution deep dives, employer ride-alongs, client forums, special events, RFPs, and proposals, among other endeavors and actions. A _continual and intense client engagement_ via multiple client touch points with multiple client constituencies, proposal creation, custom design and delivery of thought leadership, AIM industry perspectives, solution positioning, and making industry/client events impactful
Tracking, Transparency, & Proactive Intervention: Establish layered progress reporting processes that track the timing and quality of delivery, meeting of objectives, identification and effective elevation and intervention of issues or opportunities.

The successful candidate will have
BA/BS degree in a relevant field; MBA, project management, or health care industry certification suggested/preferred
7 - 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business process management, consulting, project management and/or product development, preferably in a healthcare or health plan environment;
or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
MBA or project management certification preferred.
Experience aligning a diverse assortment of teams around a common goal
Excellent analytical, synthesis, advisory, and project management skills;
Experience with benefits management would be a plus
Ability to travel required
