A critical line management role for AIM, the Client Management Executive is responsible for all client management efforts, including: strategic planning, consulting on optimal program design to fulfill the client's business objectives, and communicating program performance. Additionally, the Client Management Executive partners with internal resources to ensure AIM delivers service excellence.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Drives client management and planning including understanding program value, vision, and measures of success.
Acts as the primary client partner for solution implementation and client service.
Monitors, manages, and communicates AIM's overall value and proposition.
Acts as a trusted advisor for clients, proactively identifying opportunities to address client objectives (e.g., improve cost of care for their members).
Partners with AIM teams to promote client satisfaction, retention and drive enhanced value to the client via AIM solutions.
Leads salesexpansion activities including management and delivery of timely and accurate sales pipeline forecasting.
Drives contract renewal/negotiation, including ensuring pricing and contract terms are aligned with AIM profitability targets.
MayAdvise/train/mentor lower level Client Management staff.

The qualified candidate will have
7 years of relevant experience in business or technology consulting, health plan/benefits management, or account management. (10 years' experience for the Senior level);
or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated commitment to serving clients
Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, presentation, and listening
Ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners
Proficient with office automation tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with health plan management would be a plus.
Ability to travel from 20 - 30 percent of the time
