Adecco is currently assisting a local warehouse in their search for an experienced Client Program Coordinator in Swedesboro, NJ. This position is a direct hire opportunity. The Client Program Coordinator will be responsible for optimizing efforts to service clients in a high quality, cost-effective manner through recruiting, interviewing, hiring and placing employees with a primary focus on achieving financial goals. Optimizes efforts to service clients in a high quality, cost effective manner through administering the client program. Provides indirect assistance to the client's temporary staff. Works under minimal supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists and supports the On-Site Manager with employee relations issues, orientations, performance reviews, etc.
Assists and supports the On-Site Manager with the user community and vendor needs.
Recruits and qualifies candidates for all warehouse orders.
Maintains thorough and accurate documentation on client and temporary employee interactions.
Becomes familiar with Managers and their areas of responsibility.
Performs site visits and promotes communication with the clients.
Maintains Adecco manuals, adding all procedural updates in a timely manner.
Oversees the local direct mail efforts and update as needed.
Administers the WorkCard tool as required.
Oversees the distribution of all payroll checks in accordance with procedures.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent
Ability to operate general office equipment, basic PC skills such as Microsoft Office and email and sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
Capable of handling multiple tasks/ problems simultaneously; meet deadlines; set own priorities; continuously improve processes and procedures; schedule day events; make cold calls and prepare and give formal presentations.
Must be able to travel extensively within region. Excellent problem solving, oral/written communication in one-on-one and group situations, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management also required.
