You will be recruiting, screening and interviewing candidates for positions with our clients. The candidate that will be successful in this position will have the ability to 'think' while working in an environment that calls for strong multi-tasking abilities. Professional etiquette is required while using the phone, interaction with associates, while communicating with clients and in the presentation of business plans. Strong professional written and verbal communication, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to shift back/forth between multiple tasks. Must present a professional image to clients and associates. Work well in a team environment, calm under pressure, and strong PC skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, be flexible and manage time effectively. Must have experience in customer and client services.

HS Diploma required, AS/BA degree with an emphasis in HR preferred but not required. Customer service background strongly desired. Experience with dealing with the public highly beneficial.
Safety/Environmental experience helpful Proven business/customer service/sales combination highly desired. Experience in creative recruitment strategies strongly desired.
