As a Client Support Specialist , you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong client relationships with our Employer Groups Waiver Plan (EGWP) clients. You will be assisting these clients with enrollment needs for Medicare Part D (Med D) members.

As the Client Support Specialist, you should have a vast understanding and working knowledge of Medicare Guidelines EDI protocols, EDI file layouts, and the enrollment process that directly impact member enrollment. You will be leading implementations for new and existing clients, while performing complex data analysis to identify and resolve enrollment related member issues.

As a Client Support Specialist you will:
  • Lead business and enterprise projects
  • Facilitate inter-departmental process reviews and training
  • Facilitate and document client meetings (Conference Calls and/or Onsite meetings)
  • Monitor enrollment processes across multiple systems/processes
  • Analyze reports and communicate results to clients
  • Reconcile enrollment issues
  • Develop client action plans
  • Lead file mapping efforts
  • Create and/or update client documentation and/or P&Ps
  • Attend off site client meetings (about 25% travel)
