Adecco is currently seeking customer service minded individuals to join our Alpharetta office team. We are looking for individuals to help build and foster relationships between our local branch recruiters and our clients. In this position you will be the face of Adecco and the point of contact for our customers. This is a Temp-to- Perm opportunity. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive Adecco candidate placement for clients with temporary staffing needs Build lasting relationships with customers including end user clients, MSP or VMS. Makes recommendations to the local branch recruiters on how to improve their submittal acceptance and increase candidate placement. Manages order escalation and provides recommended solutions and strategies to improve field service delivery and order fulfillment. Coordinates and consults with hiring managers to better understand clients' needs and provide clear direction to the servicing branches. Provides Account Manager and internal office staff with feedback, reporting data, and overall best practices with local office branches. Shares best practices with team members and branch staff to improve overall order management results and service delivery Ensures compliance with all contractual service level agreements, order fulfillment, and Adecco policies, and procedures. Communicates areas of opportunity needed to enhance and improve branch and centralized operations, and service delivery to customers. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience desired. Minimum 2 years experience as a recruiter. Previous experience in a staffing services delivery or fulfillment environment preferred. Knowledge of staffing services desired but willing to train the right candidate, including operational processes, standards and procedures related to recruiting, interviewing, placement, payroll/billing, and front office systems and tools. Strong analytic and decision making skills, strategic and independent thinker. Strong customer service skills, excellent one-on-one communication skills, and ability to develop internal and external relationships with clients and branch staff to create successful partnerships. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E-Mail applications required.
