Position: Client Service Representative
Location: Coral Springs FL
Hours: 08:30:AM - 05:00:PM
Pay: 11.50

The BOS (Boarding Operational Services) Account Boarding and Implementation representative utilizes various boarding, maintenance and support tools to perform data entry efforts in the setup of new merchant accounts, account maintenance requests and other associated support and workflow tracking. This role applies acquired knowledge of department policies and procedures by utilizing internal guidelines for the application of business rules. Performance should have focus on quality control and attainment of production standards. Work closely with varying levels of management, clients, customers and staff to ensure customer service is timely and accurately performed. Internal on-going training will be conducted with the roll out of new products, policies and processes.

They support management in the role of subject matter expert (SME) in many aspects of the operation and are the front-line when working directly with production employees. Coordinates with the Manager and item to ensure service level agreements are achieved to promote customer satisfaction. Provides support to business channels operations and identifies root cause for problem resolution and ownership of corrective actions. Identify problems or issues impacting the achievement of high quality service and implement solutions. Provides consultative and technical support to staff members regarding department processes and related activities to ensure they're effective and consistent in the application of department. Procedures, application of business rules and company policies to achieve optimum performance. Develops process workflows and procedures. Train, develop and coach new hires to achieve departmental quality and productivity standards. Performs quality control audits on complex merchant set up or maintenance requests to ensure proper resolution of work processed by representatives. Work with IT and applicable teams for the testing and roll-out support of product deployments.

Must have intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel Microsoft office applications.
Ability to adhere to production and quality measurements
Ability to comprehend and apply internal procedures and policies
Ability to read, write, type, completes basic arithmetic, and multi task.
Customer service, analytical, communication and research skills
The ability to work a flexible schedule or extra hours according to business need.
