This ENTRY LEVEL Client Services Rep (CSR) role encompasses sales and account management responsibilities. The CSR is responsible for managing a sales territory by maintaining and up-selling current customers. This role focuses primarily on managing the smaller account segment customer base in various specialties. The CSR will resolve customer issues and inquiries appropriately and in a timely manner. The CSR will collaborate and leverage internal teams within the company to develop and maintain positive customer relations.
1. Successfully manage and maintain an assigned sales territory
2. Build profitable business relationships by setting up new customer accounts. This includes working proactively with MSH Credit/Collections, Master Data, Customer Care, and Onmark Member Services teams.
3. Facilitate timely resolution of customer issues
4. Answer inbound sales inquires, outbound calling campaigns
5. Develop a knowledge base of the marketplace, environment, physician practice dynamics and challenges
Education/Training – 4 year degree
Business Experience – 1 - 2 years sales and/or account management experience; healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare distribution space preferred. Consultative selling experience to the specialty physician market highly preferred.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills – Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Salesforce.com or CRM software experience, SAP experience preferred. Candidate should have strong analytical, negotiating, and excellent communication skills.
