This position serves as the key liaison between the customer and operations to create a seamless workflow that exceeds customer expectations. This position also requires innovative thinking, knowledge of the business needs, leadership and the ability to closely collaborate with peers and business partners. The Customer Liaison applies broad knowledge of creative and production workflows, problem solving, designing and implementing workflow procedures and quality control to handle the complexities and multiple inputs needed for the creation of a project.
This candidate must possess speed and energy to fit in a fast paced environment that is reactive to business needs. The Customer Liaison will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet their strategic business objectives, deliverable dates, that language is on-brand, style guidelines are adhered to and overall quality is met. The ability to work individually and collaboratively with enthusiasm and teamwork is important.
