Client Services Manager (Scheduling Coordinator), Greenville, NC

 

BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking a  Client Services Manager (Scheduling Coordinator) to join our Greenville, NC office.  Client Services Managers at BAYADA lead field staff in providing excellent customer service and quality home care with focus on delivery and coordination of client services, growth and development of caseload (through relationship building and recruiting efforts) and on-going case management. The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and posses the desire for growth and professional development. This an integral part of the BAYADA office team and has the ability to work with staff of all levels along with clients and their families. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm - some over time may be required to serve the client at the highest level.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer client inquires, take referrals, and schedule home care services
  • Source, interview and orient reliable and compassionate clinical staff
  • Develop strong and lasting relationships with referral sources and community resources
  • Facilitate local marketing and recruiting events to build a strong presence in the community
  • Oversee a caseload of medically fragile pediatric clients to including staffing, scheduling and operations and administration
  • Handling compliance (ensuring field staff are in compliance with CPR, annual tests, PPD's etc).
  • Work independently while managing clients and family dynamics
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong Customer Service experience necessary
  • Experience with Home Care, Case Management, Recruiting a plus
  • At least 2 years of professional work experience.
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and of successfully taking on increased responsibility
  • Superior attention to detail and high diligence with documentation while following healthcare policies and procedures
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Proven communication and PC skills
