I. Job Summary
The Client Set-up and Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the set-up and maintenance of services for clients / vendors of Acorn & MAS. In addition to the aforementioned, this position is responsible for performing research to resolve any vendor / client issues. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Coordinate new client, existing client projects and / or implementations
Compile and prepare Vendor Bid Summaries for negotiation in the Vendor Procurement Group
Manage, track and report project and / or implementation progress
Validate & analyze data for projects implementations. Check for accuracy on cost, price and service levels; identify issues and resolve
Monitor and manage vendor payable adjustments
Research, troubleshoot and manage vendor / client service and billing issues
Conduct meetings with employees and external clients / vendors to track progress against critical path dates
All other duties as assigned III. Supervisory Responsibilities

A. Education and Experience
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience.

V. Work Environment
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced level)
- Critical thinking ability and problem-solving skills
- Ability to excel in a fluid team, face-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written
