About the Business:

The Weiland Account Analysis banking solution is a mission critical billing system responsible for generating fee income for financial institutions and the direct-to-corporate Weiland treasury solutions (Bank Relationship Manager, Bank Administrator) are considered critical for Fortune 500 clients. Each system requires dedicated support capable of providing not only technical assistance, but consultative guidance for how to achieve client objectives. As these solutions face increasingly stiff competition in the marketplace, high quality dedicated support can mean the difference in client retention.

About the Role:

Client Support assists clients with day-to-day routine troubleshooting and system function support requests, but also acts as an advisor in how to most efficiently and effectively meet client objectives utilizing Fiserv's Weiland family of solutions both from a technical viewpoint and from a business analysis perspective. You will also assist the business unit by helping Implementations staff with database construction, Development staff with requirements collection and release QA tests, and you will document support requests to share solutions and best practices with team members both in and out of Support.

You will gain experience on best-in-breed solutions offered to financial institutions as well as direct-to-corporate clients. The Weiland product family is well known in both Banking and in Corporate Treasury, and offers a unique perspective for both sides of the Bank-Corporate relationship. Essential Job Responsibilities:  

  • Primary responsibility – Client Care, Service, and Support of the Weiland Account Analysis, Weiland Bank Relationship Manager, and Weiland Bank Administrator software solutions.
  • Secondary responsibilities – Software requirements gathering, defect documentation, testing, support of implementations staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an expert user of or vendor support staffer for software solutions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to travel 10% - when needed to assist with implementation or training. No travel expected as part of routine duties.
  • Must be able to work in our Bannockburn, IL location.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an expert user of or vendor support staffer for software solutions, in the Banking or Corporate Treasury industries.
  • Certifications (MS Excel Certified, Certified Treasury Professional).
  • Previous experience with commercial account analysis or bank relationship management.
