About our Business: The Lending Solutions business at Fiserv provides life-of-loan support and helps banks, thrifts, credit unions and other financial institutions close loans more quickly, manage loans more efficiently, and service loans more cost-effectively. This minimizes lending risk, improves customer satisfaction, enhances cross-sell opportunities, introduces new products more quickly, and facilitates compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

  • In this position you will work in a team oriented and fast paced work environment.
  • You will join a talented team client servicing experts as part of the Solutions Delivery Client Services team supporting a financial lending application
  • This role is a key, client facing position where you problem solve client issues and questions
  • It requires hands on use of our own product and excellent customer service skills.  You will interact with clients at varying levels of the organization providing best in class servicing.

Essential Job Responsibilities:  

  • Respond to client questions and issues Use of the financial lending application
  • Determine if an issue is a software defect or a client process issue and work through the process issues to all client’s satisfaction
  • Manage client case review meetings with best in class servicing
  • Performs other duties as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ mortgage experience required  
  • Loan servicing application experience at either
    • Mortgage Company
    • Mortgage Lending

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Loanserv Experience
  • Supervisory/Management experience

Travel Required:

30% at most. Travel to Training or Client Events possible during first 18 months.
