As a Client Support Technician you will be providing external customer support for any issues that arise. The main types of troubleshooting and maintenance will be with circuit connectivity and bandwidth that the customer provides to their customers through carriers they partner with. Client Support techs are also responsible for documentation and reporting within their custom made ticket systems. They will be seeing issues through from start to finish and also escalating when necessary. They will also be utilizing network monitoring and other software tools from time to time.
