The Clinical Coordinator - Service Line utilizes a variety of clinical and leadership skills to educate, consult, and facilitate the service-line team in achieving the highest quality of service and satisfaction for the patients.

Largo Medical Center utilizes complete computerized charting (Meditech) for patient assessment and care documentation, and eMAR to electronically record medication administration for the delivery of all medications provided to their patients. Computerized self-scheduling is available. Full-time is considered 36 hours per week, consisting of 3 x 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend.

Largo Medical Center Health System is a 425 all private-bed statutory teaching hospital with 12 residency programs. It consists of two campuses within 3-mile radius, which offer one of the most comprehensive complements of services for patients in the Tampa Bay. We treat patients in a country club-like setting with a number of specialty services, including Florida Knee and Orthopedic Pavilion, Florida Breast Institute, Spine Care Centers of West Florida, Tampa Bay Heart Institute, 24/7 Emergency Services, Accredited Chest Pain Center, Accredited Primary Stroke Center, Accredited Community Cancer Program, Accredited Sleep Disorders Laboratory, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Behavioral Medicine, Wound Care Center including Hyperbaric Medicine.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
  • Minimum 2 years related clinical experience
  • Current Florida State Registered Nurse License
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association required
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office.
