Bayada Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Full time Clinical Educator/Sim Lab Instructor for our Plymouth, MN Pediatric Simulation Lab.

  • Plan and develop SIM scenarios based on learning needs of staff, clients, and caregivers.

  • Coordinate and conduct in-service training for staff.

  • Assist clinical managers as needed with conducting initial and on-going competency requirements of field staff.

  • Assess and evaluate staff and client learning needs according to client population the office serves (adult, pediatric) and type of care provided (skilled, rehab, personal care).

  • Provide opportunities for individual staff members to achieve professional growth and obtain continuing education credits.

  • Monitor results of staff performance evaluations and Clinical Manager supervisory visits.

  • Evaluate in-service program content utilizing input from staff, client and caregiver, as appropriate.

  • Plan programs based on outcome of data related to performance improvement, such as Incident Reports,

  • Infection Control trends, chart reviews, and survey results.

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA Home Health Care and The BAYADA Way.

  • Assess and evaluate needs of the staff according to state and federal regulations, current nursing standards, accreditation standards, and BAYADA policies.










  • Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of practice. BSN preferred.

  • Have a minimum of two (2) years of staff development or nursing education experience.- Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.

  • Trach/vent experience is preferred.

  • Home care experience preferred

  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.

  • Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.

  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.

  • Some marketing experience preferred.

  • Ability to travel and work within a flexible schedule.
