Clinical Associate / Nurse Manager


BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to fill the position of Registered Nurse / Clinical Associate in our Rutland, VT office.  BAYADA believes that our clients and their families deserve home care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Your important work will help ensure that our clients come first and that our BAYADA caregivers have the support they need to be successful. 


The successful candidate must be a Registered Nurse who has management experience in the Hospice environment.  Clinical Associates at BAYADA learn to lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. You will gain experience by visiting clients and will have the opportunity to supervise staff, while being responsible for internal case management and evaluation, and development of field staff. Responsibilities will also include assisting with client assessments and completing the care planning process by providing clinical insight and support for your team.


Clinical Associate Qualifications Include:

  • A current Registered Nurse license in Vermont

  • Bachelors Degree/BSN

  • 3 years nursing experience

  • 2 years recent Hospice experience

  • Knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
