**Unit Description** **$3,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS!** **Don't miss out on this Great Career Opportunity!!** **Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian** **as the Clinical Nutrition Manager** to join and lead their dynamic clinical team at one of our acute care facilities is located in the **Billings, Montana** area. **Reporting to the Senior Area General Manager, the ideal candidate will:** + Have responsibility for medical nutrition therapy, clinical process improvement, policy & procedures, and outpatient clinics and bariatric patient care. + Be a Registered Dietitian with at least 1 year of prior experience in a management and/or leadership role in an acute care setting, as this position will function as the Lead RD's supporting direct patient care + Accurately assess patient’s nutritional status, identify nutritional risk, develop plan of care and evaluate outcomes + Have experience utilizing the nutrition care process, electronic medical records charting + Bring enthusiasm, skill and confidence to enhance the value of the clinical nutrition team in achieving clinical excellence and patient satisfaction + Have the ability to advance the profession and department in his/her daily work, including cultivating key relationships and new opportunities + Have excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills, and be an outstanding team player + Provide nutrition-related expertise in the inter-professional management of all patients and clients + Work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff and collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently and be outcome focused To learn more about what Sodexo has to offer Registered Dietitians and view open positions: **Position Summary** Functions as the in-unit lead Clinical leader for a medium to large account or multiple accounts under one contract in a system. Manages the daily operations of nutrition services through direct supervision of both non-exempt employees and entry-level exempt professional employees. Key Duties -Directs daily operations of nutrition programs and ensure customer and client satisfaction levels are met. -May provide direct nutrition care to population served -Establishes and executes operating standards, implements quality improvements, manages the budget and communicates them to other departments. -Maintains and develops client relationships and client satisfaction for nutrition services. -Promotes nutrition services and stays current with most recent nutrition-related trends, research, policy, certifications, and standards of practice. -Manages employees to ensure they meet goals, cost controls deadlines, and collect outcomes. -Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local regulations as well as Sodexo/client policies and procedures (e.g. Health Dept., HIPAA/Privacy Act, Joint Commission, quality assurance, safety, operations, and personnel). -Assists in the development of new business service(s) for the client, regional or national initiatives, projects, and implements the service program(s). **Qualifications & Requirements** Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree Basic Management Experience - 1 year Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian Sodexo is an EEO/AA/Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran employer. **System ID** _68691_ **Category** _Nutrition_ **Relocation Type** _No_ **Employment Status** _Full-Time_
