Are you the experienced Dietitian we’re seeking? **We are looking for candidates who:** + Is a Registered Dietitian with 3 or more years’ experience in an acute care setting + Have Responsibility for inpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy and management of 5 Clinical Dietitians and some patient services management responsibilities. + Provide education to patients, as well as staff and work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff in promoting Sodexo standards and programs for improved patient satisfaction + Work closely with frontline patient service staff in training, education, customer service and patient engagement. Work as a Super User for Health Touch – Diet Office electronic order taking program. + Be an active team member and involved in various committees, projects and initiatives + Possess the ability to creatively problem solve, work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions while working within a self-directed and team-oriented work environment. + Have excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with a wide variety of individuals and groups + Strong time management and organizational skills are needed to be successful in this position **The ideal candidate will have/be:** + familiarity with room service meal programs is desirable + a Registered Dietitian, eligible for licensure in the state if applicable; and the ability to meet DOH/state/federal and company standards + familiarity with the Nutrition Care Process and Electronic Health Records is preferred at theunit + strong management in acute care nutrition services along with a strong comprehension of the principles of clinical nutrition practice + demonstrated skills in accreditation and regulatory readiness and review, and establishing and maintaining standards of care + strong verbal and written communication skills as well as leadership ability and aptitude for program growth/development + a self-starter, a team player, and possess good time management skills + able to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff **Apply Now!** Are you ready to start your Sodexo career? Apply now! **Position Summary** Functions as the in-unit lead Clinical leader for a large account, system or multiple accounts under the same contract or multiple contracts in a defined region. Manages the daily operations of nutrition services through direct supervision of both non-exempt employees and entry-level exempt professional employees. Key Duties -Directs daily operations of nutrition programs and ensure customer and client satisfaction levels are met. -Establishes and executes operating standards, implements quality improvements, manages the budget and communicates them to other departments. -Maintains and develops client relationships and client satisfaction for nutrition services. -Promotes nutrition services and stays current with most recent nutrition-related trends, research, policy, certifications, and standards of practice. -Manages employees to ensure they meet goals, cost controls deadlines, and collect outcomes. -Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local regulations as well as Sodexo/client policies and procedures (e.g. Health Dept., HIPAA/Privacy Act, Joint Commission, quality assurance, safety, operations, and personnel). -Assists in the development of new business service(s) for the client, regional or national initiatives, projects, and implements the service program(s). **Qualifications & Requirements** Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree Basic Management Experience - 2 years Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian.
