Position Summary:Individual responsible for driving exceptional services to CVS Health Clients through partnerships with CAS PA Admin management, CAS Liaisons, Operations and IT. The candidate will be responsible for building and providing maintenance to existing automated quality reports and tools. Individual will extract information from proprietary systems through automated tools for data analysis and delivery. Will work with the Prior Authorization Administrative leadership team to understand quality and productivity initiatives, provide feedback on data analysis performed, and create or enhance policy and procedures to increase quality and efficiency in productivity. Will interface with internal and external partners to discus quality scores and communicate steps to be taken to achieve results. Required Qualifications:
3+ years of professional data analyst experiencePreferred Qualifications:
2-5 years related experience in health care operations and or systems development, as well as experience working with a variety of audiences: IT developers and technical staff, pharmaceutical manufacturer clients, program managers, and specialty pharmacy IT staff - direct experience gained while employed with the company preferred
Education:Four-year degree from accredited institution or direct experience gained while employed with the company or other entities. BS in computer science/MIS desiredBusiness Overview:
