The Clinical Service Representative handles a high volume of complex clinical based inbound calls from physicians and healthcare providers in support of the Prior Authorization Department. In addition to managing the inbound calls, the Customer Service Representative I is also responsible for faxes to and from medical offices.

Must be able to attend a 5 week training, training hours are 6am-2:30pm local time
