Microsoft’s future growth hinges on its ability to attract Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to our platforms. As we build a new ISV business within Microsoft, the ISV Team within the new One Commercial Partner organization is looking for a successful marketer to design, build, and lead Go-To-Market (GTM) programs for our Cloud ISVs (Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Dynamics and SQL). You will work across the organization and with our partners to create and scale compelling, differentiated co-marketing, co-selling and promotional GTM programs.

You will be responsible for creating worldwide go-to-market programs that are leveraged by the Microsoft field and partners. The programs will result in actionable promotion of 3rd party apps and services on Microsoft’s cloud platform. You will be a subject-matter expert in co-marketing and co-selling of ISV solutions into our customer base. You will deliver relevant and timely insights to shape Microsoft’s go-to-market strategy with the goal of driving broad platform adoption and making ISV partner solutions successful.

In this role, you will:
Be responsible for taking opportunities from idea to implementation
Enable outbound and inbound marketing opportunities as scalable programs
Develop exceptional promotion and go-to-market strategies for our partners and field
Drive efficiency and innovation within existing programs as well as development of new ones
Leverage marketing automation to redefine how we deliver go-to-market programs
Deliver analytics and insights back to the business that improve our impact
Have exceptional professionalism and executive presence in dealing with both internal and external senior leaders

The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in partner or product marketing or sales
Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends
Exceptional leadership skills and community building
Extensive knowledge of partner programs and deep marketing skills
Ability to work in ambiguous environment and create white space opportunities
Results driven; strong analytical skills with exceptional verbal and written communication
Exceptional decision-making, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and follow through

Qualified Degree (Bachelor in Business, Engineering or equivalent) required; MBA preferred
