Oracle's internal manufacturing facility located in Hillsboro, Oregon provides final integration and test for our Cloud, Engineered Systems, Sparc, and Networking product lines. The site is supported by a cross functional organization represented by Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing Operations and Program Management. This is a collaborative team providing solutions for complex products, executing in a fast paced environment and delivering quality product to our customers around the world. The Cloud Project Manager will be responsible for managing high level projects that will drive and enable the business to accelerate and scale the operation. They will be a key member of the operations team and will work daily with supply chain and cloud departments to assure the solutions meet the end to end business needs.

Our ideal candidate can manage through the pressure associated with delivering mission critical projects. This person has detailed organization techniques to manage more than one complex project at a time and other business related activities (metrics, communication plans, team coordination, etc). This person has strong relationship building skills to allow for effective influencing and results. This person has the ability to deliver succinct, impactful and professional communication. They can easily adjust their communications to the appropriate audience. This person's output and delivery is always up to professional standards. This person has the desire to excel in their career and aspires to a leadership position.

Deep understanding of product life-cycle management, supply chain operations, and managing cloud deployments is required.

Required Skills:

Qualifications:
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
