Cloud Product Release is responsible for releasing Oracle's Cloud products and services in our quote to cash systems following Oracle business processes and practices. The group accomplishes this through part creation, model configuration, pricing set up in Oracle's Inventory, Engineering and Advanced Pricing Applications. Release milestones are tracked via internal Apex based workflow tools. A Cloud Product Release Analyst plays a critical role in the execution of the global release process.

The Cloud Product Release Analyst will be responsible for the following areas within the Cloud Product Release Group:
    Product Life Cycle Management
    Maintain pricing and product naming conventions to ensure customers are invoiced for correct license and price of a product or service Product SKU creation in Oracle's Inventory System to support Opportunity to Cash process flows Act as a team representative in cross functional project teams Act as knowledge expert on operational steps for introducing new products to the market Troubleshoot and discuss technical solutions with appropriate Development teams Identify and analyze problems associated with the Product Release applications Document and improve functional processes to ensure quality of work and consistency Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage issue tracking, provide regular and meaningful feedback to management, and assess problem resolution for effectiveness Provide training to release managers to educate on release system tools, and business requirements to ensure for a timely/accurate new product introduction Work closely with application Development to ensure that business needs and timelines are me
The Cloud Product Release Analyst is responsible for ensuring the availability of Oracle's Products and Services in our E-Business Suite applications according to Oracle standard processes and business practices. The group accomplishes this through part creation, model configuration, and pricing set up in the Inventory, Engineering, and Advanced Pricing applications.
Qualifications:
Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.

Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 5 years of project management or related experience.
