Pay Rate/Salary: $11.00-13.25 / Hour

Staffmark currently has immediate openings for a CNC/Machine Operator in Muncie, IN.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for producing products by operating equipment.

Responsibilities of the position will include operating multiple CNC machines, preparing machine for production, regulating CNC machine, producing and inspecting parts, maintaining specifications, resolving production problems, ensuring correct operation of equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Successful CNC Machine Operator candidates will have:

  • 6 months or more experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with CNC machine operation

  • Understanding of quality assurance/inspection

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record

  • Positive attitude

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to to stand entire shifts

  • Ability to work at a very quick pace

  • Must be able to work 10-12 hrs/day, 7 days/week

    RequirementsCNC Machine Operator
    Must be able to work any shift
    6 months or more experience in a manufacturing environment.
    Machine operation experience.
    Able to work 10-12 hour days, 7 days per week.
    Able to work overtime, including weekends.
    Shift premiums and increases after probationary period
    Ability to work independently.
    High School Diploma or GED.
    All candidates must submit to a drug screen.
