Adecco Group currently has a Direct Hire opportunity in Fraser, MI for a highly skilled CNC Process Engineer. Our client is seeking a well diverse candidate who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. This small size job shop that specializes in power train components for automotive, diesel and military. They are able to remain highly competitive in today's market due to aggressive lead-times and in house proto-type through production.

As the CNC Process Engineer your responsibilities will include the following:
Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems
Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems, while improving production rates, efficiencies,
product yields, costs, and changeover times
Develop innovative solutions by working with Tool Crib
Communicate to all departments to ensure tooling availability
improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality
standards
Prepare designs/efficiencies for study
Perform design/efficiency testing methods
Collect, record, and transcribe data into comprehensive reports
Maintain testing equipment and environment
Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of the production process
Provide assistance during incident investigations
Advise on corrective actions
Work with equipment designers and manufacturing engineering team to develop a cost-effective
and working production process
Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
Ensure financial budget is followed
Research and purchase new technology
Must have MasterCam experience
Must have experience with MPACT or similar ERB program

Able to work independently with a desire to move into a management level position in the future.
