TheK-12 Education Product Support Consultant for the Growth Initiatives division is truly a change agent who champions the product and creates a culture of excitement and sustained change across a multi-functional team which may include all or a combination of eCommerce, Org. Development, Marketing, IT, and Sales.

K-12 Education Product Support Consultant will train internal sales teams on solutions we offer our clients in the K-12 educational sector.

This person will create a culture of sustained change within Office Depot by working with leadership and associates to reinforce product training, use of new tools related to product, and changes to work structure as a result of the product introduction. This person would help teams overcome obstacles and challenges to ensure they progress through toll gate reviews through product development stages and are ready to effectively deliver results in both sales and service of the product post rollout and on an ongoing basis.

The ideal candidate would thrive in a fast paced, highly ambiguous environment, must be passionate about what they do and have an entrepreneurial sales spirit.

  • Bachelors Degree and minimum 4 years experience in related field

  • Track record of success with developing and delivering effective training programs in a sales environment.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, CRM systems a plus.
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial and independent thinker who is also highly collaborative in a sales environment.
  • Displays passion, high energy, and high integrity & ethics.
  • Highly accountable and committed to work to tight deadlines.
  • Organizational Agility & Flexibility
  • Managing Vision and Purpose in a sales environment.
  • Experienced in BBA, SWOT, Legal Contracts, Sales Force, Process Engineering, Cognos, Access, First Plan, Share Point, Financial and Goal Setting in a sales environment.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations.
