The Role:

Capital One is seeking a passionate Coach to support and coach a team of servicing associates. Basic Qualifications:
-High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification or Military Experience
-At least 2 years of experience in People Management
-At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service

Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree
-3 + years of experience in People Management
-3 + years of experience in Customer Service
