The ideal candidate for the Colleague Experience Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function.
The position responsibilities include but are not limited to: employee engagement, hotel culture, and legal/corporate compliance. The candidate should also have a basic understanding of general benefit administration, corporate responsibility and diversity initiatives, coaching and counseling, and payroll processing. Candidate should have previous exposure to workforce planning, recruitment and staffing strategies, wage and salary administration. This person will be responsible to run the Human Resource office for the property and attend meetings on property in place of the Area Director.
This position will report to the Area Director of Human Resources & the hotel’s General Manager. The role will be supported by the city's area Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition & Development, and Safety & Wellness teams. This highly visible role assists in short and long term planning of the HR function and is heavily involved in executing the HR initiatives.
