Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Collections Coordinator Position in Montville, NJ.
-Efficient and timely collection of accounts receivable through use of on-line collection systems and standardized processes to follow up on accounts
-Screen and analyze accounts receivable data
-Taking initiative and contact customers, send collection letters, and record activity
-Conduct meetings with sales representatives and managers
-Perform general administrative functions including; answering the phone, filing, maintaining databases, tracking information, preparing agendas, arranging and attending meetings as directed
-Strong problem solving skills
-Ability to determine complex administrative problems
-Aptitude to perform tasks that are diverse and advanced
-Ability to support role with regional projects and initiatives
-Detail oriented and organization skills
-Customer service focused
-Self-motivated and driven
-Ability to work independently, as well as being a team player
-Proficient in MS Office Suite
-Willingness to learn
