Collections Reporting Analyst, Consumer Loan Center

The Collections Reporting Analyst creates and produces daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to all collection managers and supports the entire collection team with current trends. The Collections Reporting Analyst turns data into information from several sources into insight and insight into business decisions and solutions. This position will also be responsible for the development of reports, charts, tables, graphs, and some statistical analysis as well as the production of various executive and operational reports required to support the Consumer Loan Center Collection Team.

Responsibilities

* Maintain current daily, weekly and monthly Collections and Productivity reports including, employee productivity, efficiency, results etc. vs. plan, SLAs, KPMs for each FTE, Team, Department, servicer, agencies, etc. by mining information from various sources and merging into various reports. * Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports such as Report Cards for FTE, Departmental and Servicers. * Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain spreadsheets/databases. * Provide decision support information and analysis to the Collection Management Staff through the execution of Business Intelligence reporting tools. * Work with Collection Manager and Team managers to assist in the development of statistical information for both internal and external use. * Identify gaps and opportunities for improvements with existing reports and processes. * Assist in additional request outside of production reporting as needed. * Manage multiple requests simultaneously and monitor progress to meet expectations and deadlines. * Ability to produce basic to moderately difficult "Ad-Hoc" reporting upon demand in a short period of time

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of reporting experience using Microsoft Office Suite * 2 years of reporting experience using Microsoft Office Suite * 1 year of general knowledge of consumer and DDA product and collections * 1 year of experience utilizing Excel including working knowledge of Filters, Pivot Tables and Macros
