The Credit and Collections Specialist is responsible for the collection and accounting of funds that are due to the organization. This person will ensure that proper accounting procedures are followed to account for the receipt of payment for goods and services completed by the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES • Review unpaid accounts to determine their status and determine appropriate actions • Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and collecting outstanding invoices • Recognize and analyze potential collection issues • Respond to Customer Inquiries regarding Statements and open items • Maintain communication with customers and internal departments via phone, e-mail, and in-person • Maintain current and accurate Collection files by maintaining and updating Collection notes • Assistance with other projects as needed Please email your resume to for consideration.
