Accountemps has an established technology business in Portland, Oregon that needs to add a dynamic Collections Specialist to their team. They need someone who has previous experience in a Collections Specialist role. The Collection Specialist will have to be determined, hardworking, and dependable. • Processing credit memos • SAP knowledge strongly preferred • High volume phone calls to assigned delinquent customers • Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances • Comfortable with Internal and External customer interface • Good organizational skills • Strong and clear communicator via telephone and email • Ability to manipulate and function in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) • Perform collection activities on past due debt • Opening/processing new claims
