The Digital Media Analyst will be responsible for executing programs to support our digital, online and media marketing strategy for Comcast Business, West Division. Ideal candidates must consider themselves true digital natives and has a deep understanding of digital and media analytics. This will require a balance of innovative thinking to ensure we continue to challenge status quo while maximizing our return on investment.
-Build a measurement discipline, based on common KPI's for targeting, tracking and evaluating digital and media investments to ensure maximum ROI and delivery of shared learnings for all regions.
-Be an expert for digital analytics and measurement to ensure alignment and acceleration of all growth activities.
-Drive regular assessments to gather and interpret feedback from stakeholders to evaluate the performance of products, processes or innovations, and develop recommendations on how best to address findings for both near and long terms solutions.
-Ensure sharing and convergence across the organization of ideas, content, technologies, processes, best practices, opportunities that scale and innovations.
-Demonstrate a high degree of familiarity with digital analytics suites including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DMP solutions and programmatic ad serving suites.
-Align internal analytics, research, marketing and digital teams to gain agreement on key performance indicators, measurement methods, and the definition of success prior to the launch of campaigns and initiatives.
-Identify and develop data collection strategies for key performance indicators that directly measure online campaigns, digital experiences and conversion funnel performance
-Deep exposure to technology platforms for tag management, reporting and analytics, digital marketing, social and CRM
-Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
-Demonstrated experience managing operating budgets and project budgets
-Extensive experience working with and managing Digital analytic agencies or consultants
-Consistently demonstrated success in a number of challenging and diverse business situations.
-Proven track record of building personalization capabilities in all stages of the sales and marketing funnel and throughout a consumer's experience with a brand/organization
-Proven track record of overseeing large scale analytics and t racking implementations.
-Related Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital space, including experience in digital marketing and or analytics.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Experience: Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
-Understanding of relational database concepts, strong Access, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
-Understanding of SalesForce.com and marketing automation platforms, preferred
-Cable industry experience a plus.
