Reporting to the AVP Commercial Sales, this role is responsible for growing MetLife’s new Commercial product. The Commercial Lines RSM enables associates and agencies that are part of our National Accounts and NSC channels to fully understand the features and benefits of our Commercial Lines product in order to build a profitable book of business.  Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external partners helping fuel MetLife’s sales growth. 



  • Develop a deep understanding of the overall territory, our National Account partners and Commercial Lines opportunities.
  • Formulate and leverage relationships and resources to build market share.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the territory sales team to identify and uncover new business development opportunities.
  • Utilize various financial tools/metrics to monitor overall territory CL sales plan results. 
  • Formulate and execute upon an education strategy that improves the design, development, delivery and effectiveness of learning events for agents aspiring to grow their Commercial book of business with MetLife.
  • Conduct product, technology and sales seminars for agents and employees.

  • Commercial Lines product experience/knowledge
