Adecco is assisting a client in the Cincinnati, OH area in recruiting for Commercial Loan Document Prep Specialists. These are long term, temp to hire positions in a banking environment. The general functions of a Commercial Loan Document Prep Specialist including the accurate and complete preparation of lending documents utilizing the document prep system in accordance with the approved credit facility. They will be responsible for meeting completeness, turn time and accuracy requirements dictated by established service level agreements. The Doc Prep Specialist will work closely with the Loan Closing Specialists, Business Banking Officer, Branch Lender, Relationship Manager, and external closing agents and will be responsible for releasing the complete closing package directly to the field for execution with the client. If you meet the below requirements and are interested in a long term temp to hire opportunity apply today! MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:  *High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.  *One (1) year experience with a focus on due diligence, loan documentation, or related work experience. Commercial loan experience preferred.  *Experience in an automated loan origination environment preferred.  *Good time management and organizational skills evidenced in previous assignments.  *Demonstrates an understanding of applicable bank policies and procedures.  *Knowledge of loan documents and requirements.  *Knowledge of commercial lending and loans.  *Understanding of all Business Banking and Commercial loan products.  *Knowledge of Business Banking and Commercial Lending Credit Policy/Guidelines.  *Knowledge of loan documentation, local, state and federal regulatory requirements.  *Knowledge of B2B, CCAS, AFS, Loan Doc Prep System (or equivalent systems), and other banking systems preferred.  *Good personal computer skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL, WORD, and email.  *Self-starter and works with minimal direction.  *Good verbal and written communication skills.  *Good negotiation skills.  *Good interpersonal skills and team orientation.  *Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.  *Ability to appropriately escalate issues requiring problem solving and decision making.  *Completion of Documentation Preparation certification program (future).
