Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies is recruiting for a Commercial Operations CRM/SFE Integration Lead to be located in Irvine, support our Medical Devices business.

The Commercial Operations CRM/SFE Integration Lead will be responsible for leading initiatives and activities that support the CRM/SFE transformation to support OneMD requirements and the Cardiovascular Specialty Solution (CSS) organization. He/she will partner with IT, the CSS business leads, and the Commercial Operations CRM/SFE delivery team. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Assist with ongoing CRM/SFE training partnering with business leads and GES.
  • Provide program management support with prioritization, milestone tracking, and other critical support. 
  • Develop and deliver training, promotion, support, communication necessary to drive adoption and utilization of the CRM/SFE platform within the CSS team.
  • Provide strategic direction input as it pertains to CRM/SFE systems development and new tools to facilitate OneMD and CSS goal attainment.
  • Assist with development on new CRM/SFE solutions to support Cross OpCo initiatives.

This is a full time employment assignment that is expected to last approximately 12 to 14 months.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • An Advanced Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of related business experience is required.
  • Experience managing projects is preferred.
  • Experience utilizing PM tools (Agile, Six Sigma) is preferred.
  • Experience with Sales Force Automation/Effectiveness tools is preferred.
  • Experience with Strategic/Corporate accounts is preferred.
  • Previous experience with creation and implementation of processes to align needs and solutions is preferred.
  • A proven track record of working in a highly-matrixed environment, where a high degree of collaboration is needed is required.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, sometimes requiring managing and leading without authority is required.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines is required.
  • Previous experience with creation and implementation of processes to align needs and solutions is required.

This position will be based in Irvine, CA, and will require up to 30% travel.
