  • Prepare all documents for closings.
  • Work on complex commercial closings with business involvement.
  • Review client documents and how they relate to the closing process to find any pertinent   information.
  • Coordinate and prep:
    • Commitment Letters
    • Commercial Loans
    • Loan Agreements
    • Mortgages
    • Notes
    • Uniform Commercial Code Forms
    • Platting and legal description review


  • 3-5 years of experience working in real estate.
  • Experience working in commercial real estate is preferred.
  • Must be extremely organized with the ability to work between multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A determined mindset with the ability to retain legal information.
  • Candidates must have fluency in pre and post-closing duties related to commercial real estate transactions, title examinations, loan document preparation, UCC filings and searches.  
  • Exposure to abstracting in a fast-paced commercial real estate transaction environment is highly preferred.
