Assignments will be challenging and experienced engineers will mentor students in the EID Program. As an intern, you will get exposure to different parts of the Energy Connections business and will have a chance to attend training and development sessions. We want you to learn about the whole GE culture - not just how we work, but how we combine work and fun to create an atmosphere that promotes camaraderie and learning.
An intern will be given exposed to various aspects of Sales, Commercial Operations, Pricing, Product Management, Verticals and Marketing. The Commercial Sales Team provides hands on experience and evaluation of the full sales function, as a preliminary look at what a CLP Associate role would be. Includes ride alongs, bid quotes, entering sales data., visiting customers, partnering with project management, and understanding electrical distribution solutions.
Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding)
Must be enrolled full-time in a graduate or undergraduate degree program.

Preference will be given to persons with a major in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering. Other accepted majors: chemical engineering, computer engineering, industrial distribution, or business/engineering sales
