Skills required:

Identify and develop potential business opportunities and new targeted customers or groups
Establish and cultivate strategic business relationships with key sales and market influencers, potential new customers, and related community institutions.
Work closely with marketing team to conduct market events and to conduct market research
Has basic knowledge of community marketing practices and procedures
Can respond to routine or standard requests.
Can use existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses.
Will seek out other team members for instruction, guidance or direction.
Has basic skills in Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Office


Requirements:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in community marketing preferred
Must be bilingual, Spanish and English
Must have the ability to drive and travel 75-90% of your day. - Candidates will be traveling within a 10-mile radius to locations within in malls, grocery stores, etc,
You will be wearing a WellMed shirt and name tag with khaki's or dress slacks and will be speaking to the community about and answering questions at Medicare Info centers.
Candidates must be able to speak one on one to strangers and able to explain things well.
Shift Start/End Time: can vary between 8am- 8pm M-F and some weekends.
Will be working 40 hours per week, but will need to be available at the core busy hours of each location which tend to be 3- 8pm.
Will be reimbursed for mileage
Able to lift 25lbs as they will carry their Portable Kiosks into location and set up and breakdown 3-4 days weekly.
